……. so happens to be “meaty morsel” lol.
I almost died laughing when I saw that, meantime their “chosen” pastor waffles along much better about…………. absolutely nothing of importance in his 1 hour video (which put me to sleep).
How can someone who calls himself a Mid-Acts Dispensationalist Pastor waffle for an hour on tongues, stating such “meaty morsels”: that the Corinthians were getting prophecies from the devil and that even the angels fled because they couldn’t stand to hear such blasphemy.
Much like being in a denominational church where the sheep wouldn’t know a “meaty morsel” from a sleeping pill even if it smacked them between the eyes. Hang on……. they wouldn’t…………. they’d be asleep lol.
What I’d like to know is how that (useless) bit of information could possibly edify a saint in this current dispensation? Especially in lieu of the fact that we (newsflash!) don’t speak in tongues anymore and haven’t been doing as much (as the body of Christ) for almost the past 2 000 years? I can understand him trying to explain why tongues aren’t in effect anymore – but telling us……….. zzzzzzzzz…… that those nawty Corinthians got prophecies from the devil…………. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz………… why not tell that to the denominational churches instead?
Is it a case of small minds attract small things? What they consider “meaty morsels” is basically what I would consider tripe.
And if you don’t know what tripe is – then google it.
They even have their 2IC (the over inflated head honcho, and who so happens to be the self-styled and self-proclaimed English grammar and punctuation professor himself 😉 ) who also so happens to have carte blanche in deciding what the gospel is because of his rank unbelief in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. Which comes as absolutely no surprise at all.
UNBELIEF which they try to circumvent by making Romans 3:21-26 the gospel? Because it’s more palatable than the gore and blood of 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 that their soft little Acts 28 stomachs cannot seem to bear…………. oh dear me.
Go and change the gospel coz we can’t bring ourselves to believe it. Whatever hapened to bringing oneself into line with the Bible and not vice versa?
No wonder they add onto other scripture because it suits their agenda :
2 Timothy 2:12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us rewards:
………… said the Apostle Paul never.
