Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Acts 11:2 And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,
3 Saying, Thou wentest in to men uncircumcised, and didst eat with them.
In this current dispensation we need Christ’s imputed RIGHTEOUSNESS. Salvation isn’t about your behaviour (you cannot be saved by being a good person), nor is salvation about what you eat (kosher dietary laws no longer apply today). It’s what Christ did on Calvary’s cross – whether you believe it for your salvation – that counts.
