Some people are clearly crazy in their line of thinking, they are convinced that black people were born to be servants.
The reason for this line of thinking and belief lies in their religion. If you follow and/or believe everything that is spewed from the pulpits of mainline, denominational churches, you deserve what you get : dung.
The Shem-Ham-Japheth racial prophecy which considers Ham, one of Noah’s sons, as well as his descendants to be cursed by God, and therefore predisposed to be servants for the duration of their lives, is as old as the hills and it goes with the territory of not believing the Bible is progressive revelation, as well as a failure to rightly divide the word of truth as per 2 Timothy 2:15. It goes with the territory of reading someone else’s mail, meaning that the Old Testament/Covenant was written to Israel in times past, and if you read it and apply it to yourself, you not only are reading someone else’s mail, but you are guilty of identity theft when you apply it to yourself.
This error also comes with ripping scripture out of context. Genesis 9:25 clearly states that it was Canaan that was cursed, not Ham :
And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
Now, unless you have an eyesight problem or a mind problem, Genesis 9:25 is by no means difficult to understand. In context, Canaan was one of Ham’s sons and his descendants were the Canaanites of old, Israel’s enemies.
So here we currently have certain people who believe that Ham and his descendants were cursed, who they consider to be black people, so they think it’s part of God’s law to see them and treat them as servants (black people).
Some people haven’t moved on since Noah’s times……. oh but they have…… they’ve moved onto reading more mail that isn’t meant for them, namely Israel’s Abrahamic covenant with God, which includes the Levitical and Mosaic Law given solely to Israel in times past which includes the four synoptic gospels of Christ’s earthly ministry to Israel. Then they conveniently skip over the Apostle Paul’s epistles, only holding to his epistles where the sign gifts are still in operation……. but the Apostle Paul’s epistles are also progressive and those sign gifts eventually ceased, but they don’t believe it and head on to Israel’s tribulation doctrine of Hebrews to Revelation. I guess that is human nature – mail written to oneself is boring, it’s always someone else’s mail that is more interesting, but it becomes a total sham when you apply someone else’s mail to yourself. You start living a lie, and have to bend things in order to make them fit, and have to ignore other things to appease or try to appease your conscience or to manipulate and control people.
One thing Andre Slade (Google his name if you aren’t sure who he is) and the Afrikaner Voortrekkers of times past have in common is that they are/were Calvinists. It means they think they are the specially chosen of God and can still make covenants with God, the covenant made at the Battle of Blood River being one such good example. The reason why they think like this is because they put themselves squarely into Israel’s Old Covenant of times past and her New Covenant in times to come, and blatantly ignore the Apostle Paul’s epistles. They think they are the new Israel, the new chosen people which brings us to the lie of Replacement Theology.
Israel hasn’t been replaced by anyone, She is currently set aside during this current dispensation of God’s grace, she is lo-ammi (not God’s people), she has lost her elevated status of being the light of the world, meaning she is no longer the way or the means whereby people are saved today, which means people no longer have to prostelyze to Judaism in order to be saved today. Hence the reason God made a new way for people to be saved after Israel was set aside, and her unbelief is the reason why salvation was given DIRECTLY to the Gentiles via the Apostle Paul, the apostle to the Gentiles.
The mystery revealed to the Apostle Paul is what interrupts Israel’s prophetic programme. If you rip Paul’s 13 epistles out of the Bible, along with the transitional book of Acts, the Bible will make perfect sense as it’s the same doctrine, there will be no contradictions whatsoever, it will be Israel’s Old Covenant to Israel’s New Covenant, but one cannot ignore this current dispensation which is almost 2000 years old already, and it is the book of Acts that shows us the transition from Israel’s Old Covenant to the Dispensation of Grace, in other words,a transition to something new. From law to grace. From a favoured Jewish nation who held salvation for all but who fell because of their unbelief, to God pouring out His unmerited favour on all men if they believe that Christ died for their sins (was a propitiation for their sins), was buried and rose again on the third day for their justification.
Ignoring the progressive revelation in the Bible as well as failure to rightly divide the gospels will make you nothing but a poser who pretends to keep the Levitical and Mosaic Law given to Israel. If you profess to keep God’s law, you need to keep all 613 commandments of the law. No more, no less.
James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
So one has to ask oneself, do modern day Judaizers and self confessed law keepers keep all of the law? Do they eat pork? Do they mix their linen clothing with their woolen clothing? Do they keep the Sabbath, which is Saturday and not Sunday? Nowhere in Hebrews to Revelation or Matthew, Mark, Luke or John does it state that Sunday is the Sabbath, nor does it state anywhere in Paul’s epistles that Sunday is the Sabbath, nor Saturday for that matter because we are not under the law, but under grace.
Modern-day law-keepers who make Sunday a holy day get up my nose. How many of them have tattoos? It’s all very well for them to say that the tattoos were done before they were “saved”, but what does Leviticus 19:19 say? What does Leviticus 19:28 say? Yet the same people who don’t even know that these commandments exist are the ones who profess to keep the law… and if they do, they conveniently throw away the commandments which they think are outdated. They are their own authority.
……. yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
Those who profess to be followers of Jesus ignore what He said :
Matthew 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
Matthew 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
That means Jesus was not speaking to Gentiles during his tenure on this earth. He came solely to restore the Kingdom to Israel, but she rejected Him. So if He wasn’t speaking to Gentiles during His earthly ministry, does Matthew, Mark, Luke & John apply to us today?
So if He wasn’t speaking to Gentiles during His earthly ministry, and so many profess to follow Him and try to be just like Him, what does that make them? Posers, pretenders, fakes, liars and hypocrites. Pretend Christians.
Our marching orders are to be found in the Pauline epistles, our gospel is found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 and is different to Acts 2. The church mentioned in Acts 2 wasn’t new, it was already in existence:
Acts 2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
…. And the Lorded added to the church daily…..
Something that just came into existence couldn’t be added to daily.
Which means that church already existed and God added to it’s numbers daily. It doesn’t state that it began in Acts 2.
If you feel you are” throwing” more than 90% of the Bible away when rightly dividing the word of truth and thus refuse to do it, you are in fact believing doctrine (teachings) and gospels (good news) that aren’t meant for you, which means you aren’t doing God’s will. You aren’t “throwing” most the Bible away, you just aren’t applying it to yourself because it wasn’t written to you.
I threw man-made traditions and beliefs out the window as far back as 2008. I read the Bible myself and I knew that the epistle to the Romans didn’t gel with the book of James but I wasn’t sure why, so I tried becoming a Baptist, but their theory of blending the two to try and make sense of them didn’t quite work because the Apostle Paul clearly stated we are saved without works, while James stated that faith without works is dead. You cannot possibly marry the two unless you’re a dyed-in-the-wool knucklehead. My belief at the time (pre-2008) was that whoever could tell me why James and Romans were different without turning God into a liar, had the truth : Mid Acts, Pauline, Right Division Dispensationalism. It’s the only way the Bible makes complete sense, and it’s the only way you can see the progressive revelation in the Bible, of how God’s dealings with mankind changes at different times.
Most people perceive me to be a “freak of nature”, and a sad one at that because I can’t be happy if I don’t celebrate Xmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Day, and I refuse to sit in any church out there, even some churches who profess to rightly divide the word of truth because they believe and preach dung because their Pastors are egotistical posers who believe and preach dung. I take consolation in the fact that my time on this earth is short, purely temporary, and that eternity will see me in heaven, free of the shackles of the posers of this earth who live so-called exemplary lives and who have every earthly comfort and luxury at their disposal, but whose end is hell and the Lake of Fire. I look at people differently these days – not at who they are and what they own, but rather if they are saved or lost – that is the acid test, because eternity is a whole lot longer than the average 80 year life span on this earth.
I don’t care much for this life – it is fleeting. Only those who have their eyes firmly set on this world would feel sorry for me. You cannot pity a person whose eternal destiny is the third heaven and whose inheritance is more than one could possibly dream of. When people ask me, I tell them I have a huge inheritance coming my way one day soon.
