THE EARTH ROTATING ON ITS AXIS…

Is the reason we have day and night.  It rotates at a speed of 1600 km/h.

So why don’t we feel the earth rotating though?

Because everything is rotating along with the earth at the same speed, namely the atmosphere and the oceans.  If the earth stopped rotating, increased or decreased the speed at which it was rotating – we would feel it.

It’s like flying in a plane – we can’t feel the speed at which the plane is flying, which is between 600 – 700 km/h, but if it had to stop, or change speed,  we would immediately notice it.  Haven’t you been in a plane and felt as if it’s basically standing still?   We don’t feel it’s speed because it’s flying at a constant rate……

If the earth had to slow down or speed up, we’d feel it, just like we would in a plane.

Isn’t it wonderful how God created the earth?  Not in line with man’s feeble thoughts or perceptions.  Man’s limited viewpoint, his limited mind cannot understand nor grasp how wonderful the earth was created.

Isaiah 55:8-9 – For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Only an idiot would perceive/conceive the idea that we are hurtling through space at 1000 miles an hour and our hair would be standing on end and we’d be drunk from spinning.

Man’s typical myopic view, not to mention that he thinks God cannot create a round earth and planets and let the earth rotate on its axis.  Man in his limited view will have the sun baking down on us without a protective layer, not considering why it’s hotter around the equater, why there are seasons and time zones.

They blaspheme God’s capabilities, and bring his thoughts, ideas and creation into disrepute because of their own little (limited) minds.
