Mid-Acts-Pauline-Dispensational

Bio: *Saved by faith in the Apostle Paul's Gospel of 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 alone. *King James Bible only. *I believe that Christ was God in the flesh during His earthly ministry and that He never gave up his deity attributes willingly or otherwise. *I believe that we no longer follow Christ according to His earthly ministry today, but according to the revelation of the ministry as revealed to the Apostle Paul by the ascended Christ. Romans 16:25-26 * All scripture is profitable, yes - but only to the people it's written to. We learn from scripture written to people in times past as well as to people in times to come and we apply scripture that is written to us, namely, Romans to Philemon, rightly divided - 2 Timothy 2:15

  1. “And through Jesus Christ, God is actively reconciling the world unto Himself. And He is not imputing the world’s sins unto them. That is a statement missed by the religious world. Paul is telling us that NO ONE in the world is having their sins counted against them.”

That’s where you go into full blown Universal reconciliation because you clearly do not read that verse in context with the rest of the chapter.

The keyword is RECONCILING, not RECONCILED – it means God is currently RECONCILING the world unto Himself by way of the word of reconciliation which is given unto us (SAVED PEOPLE) who preach the word of reconciliation (to the lost world) and they therefore become RECONCILED TO GOD.

  2. Robert Schoepke says:

I have heard a Grace Pastor teach that it is impossible for a saved person to support the Democratic Party because of their stand on ungodly issues. On the surface, this sounds like salvation by faith with works. I wish that this statement was explained better if it is true at all.

    • From where I stand, he is conformed to the world, i.e., taking politics which is a rudiment of this world and blending it with Biblical/Dispensational beliefs/doctrine. The two are mutually exclusive.

Ask him to show you the chapter and verse where it says that a saved person must/mustn’t support a particular political party. If he is judging a person’s spiritual status by a purely earthly/fleshly stance you might want to question his salvation.
