In every dispensation, unbelief has sent men to hell in their sins.
Israel under Christ’s earthly ministry had to believe He is the Messiah, the Son of God.
“I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.” ~ John 8:24
The world during the dispensation of Grace has to believe in his death for their sins, his burial and resurrection. Has one noticed how denominationalists have a tendency to emphasis the blood of Christ and ignore his resurrection as if it is of no consequence?
“Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how SAY some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.” ~ 1 Corinthians 15:12-14
“And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.” ~ 1 Corinthians 15:17
Under the dispensation of the law, the sin of blasphemy amounts to nothing but apostasy which is as a direct result of unbelief.
“For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.” ~ Hebrews 6:4-6
I have learnt from experience that when apostates maul scripture, particularly the gospel, it’s obvious they are not walking by faith. The end result is inevitable and will be revealed in time. It always is. It might take years for the end result of their folly to manifest itself, but it eventually will because of the law of sowing and reaping.
Some will give up on the faith of Christ altogether, others will turn back to the weak and beggarly elements of the law, others will become full-blown hyperdispensationalists, while others will turn to Universalism… as can already be noted of some. This is where Bible mauling, man following-man pleasing, scripture twisting and leaning on one’s own understanding leads one…
Since I no longer wish to be privy to their scripture mauling, not to mention their ignorance and pride, I shall leave them to their own devices, praying they will be blameless on the day of Christ… and a warning to people that there are two groups of Right Dividers in particular on Facebook that one should beware of:
1. Those who fall under Richard Jordan’s Shorewood Bible Church and Grace School of the Bible who promote Kenosis.
2. Then there are those who are followers of Bullinger, in essence, Acts 28 theology, of who Atwood is basically the head honcho and who also has shares in Truth Time Radio.
If one wants to know who all is associated with these people, all one has to do is take note of who preaches at their conferences, which apparently has become rather secretive of late.
Furthermore there are disagreements and splits happening among the two groups, in line with some who have uncovered yet another “long lost Pauline truth”. “Cor blimey” in layman’s terms and what Paul called ” a new thing” in Acts 17:21.
If one thinks the devil isn’t active amongst Right Dividers, be assured he is, especially amongst unstable RDers, after all, it is his job to hide or twist the Truth…
Out of the two groups, the Acts 28 hybrids seem to be the most ignorant, what with women warriors, “truth seekers”, flat earthers, infantile attitudes (“I will show you!”), blah, blah, blah….. it’s one huge snooze…. “fake it until you make it”? They also use big words such as “cognitive dissonance” and don’t know themselves what it means, steeped to the hilt in conspiracy theories….
The other group seem to be the “scholars”. “What we gonna do tonight, Brain?” “Take over the world!” and in the interim….there is Jan Edward Wilbourn… still trying to make sense of it all, leaning on his own understanding, telling people to post in love while he flips out every 2 seconds…. seriously dude, you shouldn’t even be teaching…. I don’t hate you, I just think you’re a “tad” confused and should leave the Bullingerite Party and learn some sound doctrine.
“But there will be no-one to fellowship with if I mark and avoid all these people”.
Welcome to the fellowship of his suffering… Philippians 3:10.
Form a new church with likeminded believers sans the dung of Kenosis and Bullinger.
