About horses and bovines

What do people see in horses? Although I have always admired them from a distance (keyword being distance), I could never bring myself to be at peace? with the “horsiness” of it all, that being the smell of dung, the incessant flies, the dirty hay, not to mention those big teeth… why, some folk even look like horses….

The same goes for big farm animals like cows and pigs – noisy, dirty, fly congested habitats, big teeth remind me of the screw in variety which some humans get as an alternative to dentures.

Big teeth scare me. I feel threatened by big animals with big teeth, even big animals with small teeth, and small animals with big teeth.

“All the better to eat you up with my dear”, or alternately, ” all the better to stomp you with my dear”.

Give me small, cheeky animals with chutzpah any day! One can cuddle them, and their teeth are (mostly) small and what they lack in size, they make up with personality anyway.

This is Tyke, a pedigree silverback, miniature Yorkie.  He weighs 1.8kg.  We call him “Chi-Chi” because he is so tiny.  He is intelligent, knows what he wants, and gets grumpy when you want to take him for walkies and wake him from his “old man” sleep.  He loves chasing seagulls, cormorants and herons. I love this little doggie!IMG_20180629_115102

Truth

2 Corinthians 12:10
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

Philippians 4:11-13
Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Wisdom

Philippians 4:4-7
Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

**Rejoice in him alway. (all ways and always).

**Let your moderation be known unto all men. (Exercise restraint or self-control, avoid extremes).

**Be careful for nothing, but

**in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God. (asking for something earnestly and humbly – entreat, petition).

End result of prayer and supplication:

The peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

Colossians 3:15
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Antichrist or not?

For those who are saved and rightly divide the word of truth, it is quite obvious why we are not currently in the tribulation period……

The same, unfortunately, cannot be said for those who currently erroneously uphold Israel’s prophetic program.  Been there, done that, I even wore the T-shirt…..

Who was suspected of being the Antichrist?  Mikhail Gorbachev was a good contender, then there was Henry Kissinger, a whole array of EU and UN leaders in their time, why some even suspected Barack Obama…. (but not I, for by the time he came around I had already exited the crazy guessing game of Bible blending, and pulling rabbits out of a hat), their names were calculated to confirm whether they totalled 666, their beliefs and lifestyles were researched…… one sure can waste a lot of time on trite when one does not know where one is in the Bible….. the proper word to describe it would be “clueless”, and if one had to use more than one word to describe it, it would amount to being “totally clueless “.

Not that Saints in this dispensation will ever get to see him, not that it  matters, not that they care, and rightly so, as he will not affect them in any way whatsoever, but if anyone does try to discern who he is, here’s a good description.  He will have problems with his arm and right eye.  If he doesn’t have a lame arm and so happens to have sight in his right eye, it isn’t him, and if some guy out there so happens to fit the description, and you’re still around – you’re in BIG trouble…..

Zechariah 11:15-17
And the Lord said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd. For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that standeth still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.
Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

We should be thankful we are living in the dispensation of God’s grace and that we are saved

Isn’t it always mainline denominationalism’s erroneous notion (due to obvious Bible blending) that merchandise in the Bible refers to capitalism, and it is this which gets people tied up  “worshipping the god of materialism” by basically having one’s attention diverted to shopping and acquiring material goods, rather than worshipping and obeying God and His word, as they would say in denominationalism.

So does it come as a surprise that western society is subtly being “overthrown” through the erroneous Bible blending ideology of denominational churches today, thereby subtly changing peoples’ minds, and as such, society as we know it, and therefore fascism has now become a reality, where ironically, the acquisition of material things isn’t high on the list, but rather slavery is, where YOU so happen to be the merchandise for the elite’s pleasure. Satan wants you enslaved, and he will accomplish it by first enslaving your mind, that way he can then have carte blanche on your physical existence, which won’t exactly be sunshine and roses.

Slavery existed in Old Testament times, if a man was not happy with his wife, he sold her into slavery, the Bible refers to it as making merchandise of a person:

Deuteronomy 21:14
And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

Further to this, it is also strange that all Bible blending assemblies claim Israel’s covenants and promises for themselves, but tend to ignore the curses for breaking same…..

God’s words throughout Deuteronomy are that the Jews are to keep his commandments, statutes and testimonies, which encompasses not only the entire Levitical law, but also what God did for them, how he took them out of slavery, fed them, gave them land, celebrating this by way of feasts, not to mention that they also had to adhere to the ten commandments.

But in actual fact, on the other hand what mainline assemblies erroneously do in order to “maintain the so called covenant they have with God”, is to try and keep only the ten commandments…. I say “try” as no-one is capable of actually keeping even these ten commandments, and furthermore, some are even more ignorant than others, by keeping only the Sabbath and looking forward to the actual physical return of the Lord Jesus Christ after the tribulation, as they think they are currently going through the tribulation period…. but Deuteronomy lists the curses for breaking the Covenant, that is, the one God had with Israel, and it is these curses that are going to return to haunt the Jews during the tribulation period.

The unbelieving Jews will have no peace, they will starve because of famine caused by failed crops and a lack of rain, as well as theft of their herds and crops, their children will suffer, they will face destruction from every side, they will suffer from sickness and disease, plagues, war, there will be no respite, death will be the order of the day, they will be sold into slavery and invaded, they will be oppressed, suffer insanity, and because of a lack of food, they will turn to cannibalism…… this is what real tribulation looks like and is……. NOT a pretty picture, and people in general think the current state of the world is bad….

Deuteronomy 28:

[15] it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:

[16] Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.

[17] Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store.

[18] Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

[19] Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and cursed shalt thou be when thou goest out.

[20] The Lord shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me.

[21] The Lord shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it.

[22] The Lord shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

[23] And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.

[24] The Lord shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

[25] The Lord shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.

[26] And thy carcase shall be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away.

[27] The Lord will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.

[28] The Lord shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:

[29] And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee .

[30] Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.

[31] Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them .

[32] Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long: and there shall be no might in thine hand.

[33] The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:

[34] So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.

[35] The Lord shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs, with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto the top of thy head.

[45] Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:

[49] The Lord shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;

[50] A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:

[51] And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee.

[52] And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the Lord thy God hath given thee.

[53] And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the Lord thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:

Good news!

Trans-dispensational truth:

2 Peter 2:4-9
For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person , a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

What makes one think that if God did not spare all of the abovementioned angels and people who had sinned and had not repented, that He will spare one from one’s sins today if one does not have a change of mind according to Paul’s gospel? (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

This is the bad news:

▶Sin entered the world through Adam.
▶Death passed upon all men. Romans 5:12
▶The wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23
▶All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23

But here is the Good news! God provided THE solution to mankind’s inherent problem:

▶Christ did not die for some, He died for all, since all have sinned.
▶The wages of faith in Christ’s finished work on the Cross for one’s sins and His resurrection from the dead is eternal life reconciled to God.

2 Corinthians 5:14-15
For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

Paul says all were dead (in their sins) hence the reason Christ died for all, but he continues and says “that they which live” (Saints) now live unto Christ, not themselves.  Paul contrasts the spiritual status of all who were dead, that Christ died for all who were dead in their sins, to “they which live”.  There’s a difference between being dead in one’s sins and being spiritually quickened (alive).  The difference is faith in the gospel of Christ, which is the atonement for one’s sins.

Do you believe Christ atoned for your sins?

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Sadly, there is more bad news: not all men have faith in God’s solution to their problem as they do not own up to being sinners. Postmodernism has taught them that all men are inherently good, and that with patience and willingness on their part, they can bring out the good man in themselves, which is a lie.

Thus, many are saved (not all), because not all men have faith……

2 Thessalonians 3:2
And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.

Acts 17:12
Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.

Good news alert! :

Romans 6:6-9
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him , that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin.
Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.

God’s provision for one’s sins is on offer today during this dispensation of grace.

Will you receive his offer through faith?
