BELIEVING WHAT GOD ACTUALLY SAID/SAYS

One of the problems most people, namely mainline, institutionalised denominationalists have when reading the Bible (and there is only one Bible – the Authorised King James Bible) is the fact that they do not believe what God ACTUALLY SAYS.  A certain number of Calvinists a few centuries ago didn’t believe what God said, so they changed it to suit themselves and their circumstances:

For example in Genesis 12:

“Now the Lord had said unto Jan Van Dyke, Get thee out of thy country which is Holland, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land called South Africa  that I will shew thee:

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”

Now, if you are self-righteous and believe the Bible to be a magic book that needs to be “handled correctly” you would probably be having apoplexy right now because “I have the nerve to change God’s words or the Bible”, yet this is what most people do every single day of their lives, hence the reason why most incorrectly apply Israel’s Old Covenant to themselves and take Israel’s Covenant promises for themselves too.

So the main reason for Jan Van Dyke’s current problems from his personal perspective is this:

2 Chronicles 7:14:

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

His people, the chosen ones have turned away from God to wicked ways.  Remember:  Calvinists see themselves as the few chosen by God (limited atonement).

Jan blatantly does not believe who the book of Chronicles was actually written to:

2 Chronicles 7:1-3

1 Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the house.

And the priests could not enter into the house of the Lord, because the glory of the Lord had filled the Lord‘s house.

And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the Lord upon the house, they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

The only other option remaining which rightfully explains why these people believe as they do is Replacement Theology, i.e., they think they are Israel or the “new Israel”, but I have encountered various others who state, “God was talking to the Jews who are people, the Gentiles are also people, so this applies to them too”.  But WHERE in the Bible does it state that God made a covenant with the Gentiles or Gentile nations in times past?

They believe they are chosen as Israel was.

In Ephesians 2:12 the Apostle Paul is clear when he says that Gentiles had no part in Israel’s covenant or the promises related to this covenant.

One cannot change God’s words to suit oneself, and if you do not believe what God said/says then you are obviously in……….. unbelief.

Unbelief is shown when one has to change scripture or omit scripture or ignore scripture or wrest scripture.

The Bible is sharper than a two-edged sword which means if you believe it as it is written and take scripture in its rightful context and apply that which is meant only for you, it is your friend, but if you change God’s words and wrest them, it becomes your enemy and condemns you.

Believe and apply the word rightly divided, including the grace gospel = friend, reconciled to God, saved, justified, sanctified, approved unto God, glory, eternity.

Unbelief, wresting scripture, bible blending and believing good news meant for another dispensation = enemy, punishment, suffering, lost, hell, regret, wailing.

A two-edged sword.  Something that causes both advantages and problems.  And the Bible is sharper than any two-edged sword.

A TRANSDISPENSATIONAL TRUTH:

Hebrewas 4:12

12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Some Saved People Still (erroneously) See Themselves as Sinners, but:

Romans 8:

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

TO MAKE ALL MEN SEE…

How does one make a person see the revelation of the mystery, who despises the word “doctrine” and associates it with Marxism or Communism? Especially in lieu of the fact that the Apostle Paul tells us to adorn the doctrine given to him by the ascended Christ, in all things?

How does one make a person see that being a good person won’t get them into heaven, and that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God? People who boast of their own good works for salvation are under the impression that they will soon reach perfection.

How does one make a person see who believes that God still heals peoples’ rotten flesh today, yet consult doctors regarding their own physical or mental ailments? Yet they are unable to see their own contradiction.

How does one make a person see that one’s (corrupt, evil, sinful) thoughts do not lead to one getting diseases and sicknesses, but rather the reason for same is that we live in a sin cursed world, in sin cursed bodies? After all, we are fallen creatures in need of a Saviour, not flesh renewing apostate preachers.

How does one make a person see that God isn’t punishing or judging people today for their sins, but rather that He is pouring out His unmerited favour on mankind, and that it is there for the taking by anyone who believes in Christ’s debt payment for their sins, and that men are responsible for their own shortcomings and failures because they reap in the flesh what they have sown in the flesh?

How does one make a person see who enjoys being entertained in a so-called Church Assembly each Sunday morning? Laughing, easy-going, friendly preachers who do not preach the negativity of being lost and hell-bound for eternity. Paul doesn’t call them Satan’s ministers of RIGHTEOUSNESS for nothing.

How does one make a person see who thinks the Head Pastor of a so-called Church Assembly is untouchable with respect to what he believes and preaches? They draw doctrine from Israel’s Old Covenant to back up their theory of not criticizing or questioning God’s anointed, i.e., the Pastors who liken themselves to Israel’s priests and rabbis in times past.

How does one make a person see who is under the impression that giving to a so-called Church Assembly is the correct thing to do and in so doing one will be financially blessed and protected? So why are they themselves still struggling financially after tithing every Sunday?

How does one make a person see the revelation of the mystery who believes solidly in Psalm 91 for their daily protection? “Ten thousand will fall by your side”. Not likely. It’s more likely that if and when you do encounter one other person with a weapon and you so happen to be empty handed, the outcome will be obvious, need I say more?  Psalm 91, one of Israel’s covenant promises ain’t gonna help ya one iota.

How does one make a person see who is ensconded in Pentecostal euphemisms and judgments like labeling those “bitter” who disagree with their line of thinking and believe it’s not about “legalistic doctrine”, but rather that “it’s about love, holding hands and agreeing with one another” with regard to Bible blending, ignoring or being ignorant with respect to dispensational boundaries and lumping it altogether to form a “happy club” where everyone agrees with one another.

How does one make a person see who upholds a perverted Bible version? After all, perverted Bible perversions dumb down right division, not to mention Christ’s deity, and more often than not these same people profess that middle English is difficult to understand, hence their reason for not acquiring, reading and believing the KJB.

How does one make a person see who thinks attending a so-called Church Assembly every Sunday morning makes them stronger, holy and more spiritual and by the time Sunday afternoon arrives, all holiness and spirituality have conveniently flown out the window because reality has sunk in? These people attend church to obtain their weekly or bi-weekly “Holy Spirit” boost because they run out of “Holy Spirit” rather quickly and need to be refueled quite often so as not to lose their good and happy feelings or even their salvation.

How does one make a person see who thinks that one’s thoughts actually make one the person one is regardless of one’s upbringing and inherent personality traits one is born with? “You are what you think”, as opposed to: you are what you believe. You are a member of the body of Christ, complete, saved and sealed because of what you believe.

You are not a member of the body of Christ because you think you are one because you attend a local Assembly once a week and repent of your sins.

The Apostle Paul is correct. Unsaved men and women are unable to discern spiritual things. Explaining Right Division and Israel’s fall and the raising up of the Apostle Paul by the ascended Christ as a chosen vessel to preach salvation to kings, Gentiles and Jews whose doctrine is mutually exclusive to that of the doctrine given to the twelve, or even to that preached by Christ during His earthly ministry is anathema to them because they think the Apostle Paul’s doctrine emphasizes that of the twelve. “He’s just the 13th guy who was chosen to make it all look pretty” because he talks about love in 1 Corinthians 13 and grace throughout his epistles.

They think you’re the one who is stir crazy, belong to a cult and take pity on you because (a) you do not believe in miracles, (b) you do not believe in interesting stuff like prophecies, Bible codes, God raining down His judgment on nations, or (c) we’re living in the end times, so the Antichrist must already be born and he’s one of the leaders of the Gentile European Union which has absolutely nothing to do with Israel’s prophetic program, but rather everything to do with Atheistic, liberal, self-destructing, political correctness.  (The EU, that is).

Their mantra is most likely to be: “You don’t believe in water baptism? But most churches out there baptize with water”, therefore they are right because they’re in the majority and believe the same thing, which must make you wrong, sorry for you, mate, and all their ministers have attended Bible college and you have not, therefore your doctrine puffs you up, whereas their Bible College education makes them humble.  Read : seducers.

This is why one needs to preach the gospel to these people first and foremost. Unsaved men and women do not have a clue as to what 2 Timothy 2:15 means even when you give them Ephesians 1:13 and Galatians 2:7-9, especially when they have a Bible perversion which dumbs down right division. 2 Timothy 2:15 in Bible perversions state to correctly handle the Word of God, which in essence to them means, to continually wipe the dust off it, Not to throw it around, treating it with respect, not sitting on it and definitely not standing on it, and keeping it in a safe place where it cannot be damaged or be used as a door stopper.

Things become even more difficult when unsaved pew warmers have not read the Bible themselves but simply believe what is preached to them from the pulpit and swallow it hook, line and sinker Sunday after Sunday without question, and if they do read the Bible it’s by way of proof-texting to prove their mixed up doctrine. You can make the Bible confirm anything you believe, hence the reason there are so many denominations because “it says so in the Bible”.

One of the worst things a saved Mid-Acts Pauline Right Dividing Dispensationalist can experience during his or her tenure on this earth is having to experience either the death of an unsaved loved one, or knowing that some, if not all of one’s family, not to mention most men will reject the gospel outright in favour of New Age or vain philisophy preached from the pulpits of either mainline, institutionalised denominationalism or other religions, not to mention that some are Atheists.

A LETTER (DISPENSATIONALLY DISCERNED) TO THOSE WHO ARE ALIVE DURING THE TIME OF JACOB’S TROUBLE (THE TRIBULATION)

I’m not sure if most people will ever be able to discern the times they are living in (in times to come) because for one, peoples’ love will grow cold, and secondly, they will continue living their lives as if the world (as they know it) will continue unabated forever, marrying, being given in marriage, having children, going about their everyday lives as per the norm…

I can only IMAGINE how things will be during the tribulation, and from my PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE I would say that at the first sign of trouble, e.g., earthquakes, tsunamis, solar eclipses, immense hatred and famine, people will be terrified and fill apostate churches as they do today as most will be totally clueless as to what is happening and why, so most will follow the person who claims to be the Messiah, and who performs miracles along with his spokesperson and representative, namely the False Prophet.

Given, the world as we currently know it is a Godless, evil world where most are biblically illiterate, Christ denying and foolish Atheists and religionists, so one can only imagine how this mindset would multiply, grow and take hold during the time of Jacob’s Trouble.

Today, most want an “experience” or a feeling, they rely on their emotions, they want to feel good which is in direct contrast to heeding the doctrine given to the Apostle Paul pertaining to this current dispensation.  So one can only think what will be taught or instilled into their children and their children’s children and ensuing generations (which will one day live through the time of Jacob’s Trouble).   Not to mention the current degree of anti-semitism in the world which will only worsen in times to come.

What most people fail to realise during this current dispensation is that one has to cut oneself off from fellow believers who propagate rank heresy.  Why?  In order for sound doctrine to survive and so do God’s will to make men see, and one cannot make all men SEE with apostate doctrine. In reality it is those who propagate heresy who are the ones who in reality cause the division.   The same can be said for the ensuing dispensation (time of Jacob’s Trouble), only then will it have dire consequences, which is the fact that one can and will lose one’s salvation if one preaches, follows or believes falsities or heresies.

A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.  Yet many today see this as dividing the body of Christ and/or not exercising or practising Christian love, but what love is there to be had if there is no sound doctrine which reflects love for one’s fellow man by conveying unadulterated truth and getting people saved and edifying them?  The same can be said for every dispensation.  When Israel took on the ways of the heathen and backslid she took on the status of a whore. It is therefore apostate Israel who is the whore in question during the tribulation period.  Not every Jew during the tribulation will be a Messianic Jew (believer), in fact they will turn against one another with a large portion following the Antichrist.  Read the book of Matthew.

During the tribulation period Israel is born-again.  After having divorced her, God remarries her, hence she is aptly called the Bride of Christ.  (Jeremiah 3:8, Isaiah 54:5).

The Apostle Paul tells us that evil men will wax worse and worse  (2 Timothy 3:13), and that men will deceive others and themselves be deceived.  Since this is written to Timothy who was a leader (a Pastor), it means MOST spiritual leaders today are seducers, so if it is like this today, one can only imagine the seducers who will be present during the tribulation, and they are referred to as false Christs (Matthew 24:24).

Although there aren’t any signs, wonders and miracles taking place during this current dispensation, circumstances and events dictate that we are on a downward spiral and preparation is taking place for the time of Jacob’s Trouble.  One only has to look at the current state of the world to confirm this in relation to how drastically the world is changed in just the last 20 – 30 years.  It is almost as if evil is increasing faster these days, which makes me PERSONALLY believe that the Time of Jacob’s Trouble isn’t too far in the distant future.

Unfortunately, in every dispensation men tend to follow or believe every way BUT God’s  way.  It happened in Adam & Eve’s time, it happened in Noah’s time, it happened to Israel, and it is currently happening in this current dispensation.  God gave doctrine to the Apostle Paul for Gentiles (who were never under a Covenant) and to Jews (who rejected the Covenant God made with them) and He made salvation easy for both, yet there is a problem with salvation as most believe they HAVE TO accomplish something in the works department in order to be acceptable to God.

The Holy Ghost Himself will dictate that men’s (biblical) knowledge will increase in times to come, which I see as righteous men who will understand what is taking place and why, and who themselves will follow God’s way, realising that the Kingdom Gospel will be preached throughout the world before the end of the world (as they know it) comes, and that men will either have to bless the true Israel (Messianic Jews) and assist them during these troubled times (Genesis 12:3) as many Gentiles aided/assisted the Jews in times past (Joshua 2), or on the other hand will have to believe that Christ is the Son of God and justify their faith in Him in accordance to works of the law, i.e. prostelyzing.

The doctrine for the time of Jacob’s Trouble is to be found between Hebrews and Revelation, as well as in unfulfilled prophecy of the Old Covenant.

The book of Hebrews opens up with a reminder to the Jews concerning who Jesus is and what He accomplished on Calvary’s cross:  the perfect sacrifice without spot or blemish who they will place their sin on in times to come, their Messiah.  (Hebrews 1-2).

There is also the realisation that most in the world today want a leader who “can make the world a better place, a world where all can live in peace and harmony” a leader who will herald in a New World Order, a golden age which is preparation for a world leader in times to come, the Antichrist.  Men’s minds are already being influenced in order to propagate the same line of thinking to ensuing generations, more so now than ever.

Some state that since the god of this world takes scripture and twists it, he will take Pauline scripture (Paul’s 13 epistles) and influence Man during the tribulation into the “realisation” that Pauline scripture (faith without works) will be applicable during that time (doctrine for the wrong dispensation), just as he is currently blinding men to Pauline scripture and they are believing tribulation doctrine and Old Covenant doctrine for their salvation today.

There could and probably will be a number of current day Gentile churches who will take faith without works doctrine into the tribulation, but the tribulation won’t be about Gentile Christian Churches (so-called), it will be about Israel, and Gentile churches, especially the Roman Catholic church for one will be classed as unbelievers because the times of the Gentiles will be over when the tribulation begins.

Many make the mistake of putting a Gentile apostate church at the forefront of the tribulation as the “whore”, but in reality Gentile (apostate) churches will have nothing to do with Hebrew doctrine and events at this time.  They were never classed in God’s eyes as being right to begin with, so they never went of the spiritual tracks (so to speak), therefore can never be classified as the “whore” Hebrew doctrine mentions.  There WAS never a time God approved of Roman Catholicism, and God never mentions an apostate Gentile church during the dispensation of grace in the Old Covenant nor the New Covenant, and modern day churches aren’t referred to as “she”, i.e., a woman.  The body of Christ (those who are saved) are referred to as the One New MAN – masculine.

The reason for the tribulation is for God to bring Israel back into the fold, for her to once again be the light unto the world through which Gentile (heathen) nations can and will prostelyze in order to be saved, where salvation is no longer directly given to the Gentiles as it is during this current dispensation.   Doctrine in accordance to the revelation of mystery is that God gave individual salvation DIRECTLY to the Gentiles (Acts 28).  During the tribulation this will no longer be the case.

The time of Jacob’s Trouble is when God will fulfill all His covenant promises to Israel, and those Gentiles who believe and bless the Messianic Jews will be saved to live through the Millennium and partake of the blessings.

The best information or advice one can offer those Gentiles living during the tribulation period is to either bless Israel (Messianic Jews) or to prostelyze to Israel’s new covenant doctrine and believe her Kingdom Gospel.  Concerning the Jews during that time, there will be the two witnesses (prophets) whom God will raise up at that time, not to mention the 144 000 who will preach to the Jews at that time.  Matthew talks about Jews of the same household and family turning against one another, the Old Covenant speaks about hunger and famine so great that Jews will turn to cannibalism.  It’s called being refined in the fire as gold – if they give into the needs of their flesh they will be condemned because their works will not justify their faith.

BUT

More importantly during this time we need to be more concerned with preaching Paul’s Grace Gospel to the lost  than be concerned with the salvation of people during a future time when we will no longer exist on this earth and salvation during a future dispensation isn’t our responsibility at all.

We as believers are living during this current time where we can make all men see……. let us not forget that because one day soon we will be judged according to this (a good work) as opposed to being saved and not caring how many OTHERS land up in hell for eternity.

We live in a very selfish world where ME, MYSELF and I hold sway.  It’s about MY happiness, it’s about how good I am…… it’s about what I can do, it’s about how I am drawing closer to God and how I can see exclusive doctrine and others can’t, and how bad everyone else’s behaviour is in comparison to MINE.  I’ve made it, you haven’t.  I’m perfect, in fact, I’m the only perfect person on this planet along with those who think and behave like do.  Their belief system boils down to performance and the renewing of the rotten flesh as opposed to the crucifying of the flesh which amounts to the innerman exercising self-control.

That’s the line of thinking of most:  politically correct, too saccharine to be sincere and putting the emphasis on the outerman to prove the spiritual condition of the innerman – this is what is known as love in the world, hence the difficulty in getting most people saved (by the preaching of the Gospel, which isn’t based on one’s performance).

We live in a world of “go-getters” who DO things in order to climb the corporate ladder, to become rich, to become better people………… so why wouldn’t gaining salvation be any different to them?  “Your words make you who you are”, “Words have power”.  Yes, words do have power in that they can either put you down or build you up, but on the other hand, people cannot insult you without your permission, so in fact it boils down to whether you believe what people tell you, so giving power to their words.

ORDER

It would be so much easier if one’s Bible was divided correctly and in the order God intended: Times past, but now and times to come, instead of the way it’s currently divided, namely into the Old Testament and the New Testament. Makes one wonder if more people would see the fellowship of the mystery if this were the case, realising that Paul’s thirteen epistles aren’t part of Israel’s New Covenant.

Also putting the book of Acts in its proper perspective, namely the transitional book which it rightly is, the bridge or cross-over from law to grace, transitioning from Israel’s prophetic program where the twelve apostles preached the law-based Kingdom Gospel of enduring to the end, to Paul’s grace gospel of faith alone in Christ’s finished work on Calvary’s cross and His resurrection, namely the Dispensation of the Grace of God. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).

Correctly arranging Paul’s thirteen epistles pertaining to the dispensation of Grace and the body of Christ which contain what he aptly calls “my gospel”. Paul’s thirteen epistles too transition from the sign gifts, namely prophesying, tongue talking and healing to God’s grace alone being sufficient for the believer in this current dispensation (1 Corinthians 13).

The transition from his pre-prison epistles where he refers and speaks to/about unbelievers as well as believers, transitioning to his prison and pastoral epistles where he speaks only to believers. His pre-prison epistles emphasise salvation = getting people saved, and his prison and pastoral epistles put the emphasis on the edification of saints.
Then inserting a division to what is correctly known as the actual New Testament given to Israel which is once again based on the Law, beginning with Hebrews and ending with the book of Revelation, depicting seven law-based Jewish synagogues which are refined in the fire like gold, having to endure to the end (works required for justification).

These divisions correctly discern between the three timelines in the Bible, namely, TIMES PAST (Israel’s Old Covenant, including the parts of Genesis referring to Adam & Even and Noah), as well as the current dispensation known as “BUT NOW” (which refers to the Apostle Paul’s thirteen epistles which are doctrine for this current dispensation we are living in – take note how many times Paul says, “but now”), and then TIMES TO COME (which is doctrine to Israel during the tribulation period and millennium which are future).

To most the only division in the Bible is between the Old and New Testament, hence the reason why some believe they need to turn to God and he will heal their land, whilst others fight a spiritual “Joshua” battle, or face their “Goliath” and in so doing tend to spiritualize scripture.

They don’t know whether to turn from their sins, repent and be baptised in water, ask God for mercy, beg for forgiveness, confess their sins, change their lifestyles or believe everything/anything preached from the various pulpits of mainline denominationalist “churches”. Neither are they sure whether to sprinkle, dip, immerse or dunk in a baptismal font, swimming pool or the river Jordan.

Most have never heard of the Judgment Seat of Christ, nor are they aware of the difference between salvation and service. Most aren’t even saved – they think service (doing good works) is what saves their souls.

When someone professes to be gaining a closer or higher level in their walk with God, run for the hills, as one cannot get any closer to God than being saved, period. Claiming to gain a “higher spiritual standing” is petrification rather than edification. Fossil assemblies where they are ignorant of God’s imputed righteousness and try and gain His acceptance through their own righteousness by works of the Law, yet Paul emphasizes the fact that we’re no longer under the law, but under grace.

Anything one does in the flesh to gain rightstanding or justification in the eyes of God takes away from Christ’s finished work on Calvary’s cross and His resurrection for one’s justification. The gospel has now become watered down to “accepting Christ as one’s Lord and Saviour” circumventing what He did for you as a sinner. Christ doesn’t need your acceptance of Him, He wants you to believe His debt payment for your sins in order to be saved for your own good.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock”, and below is a picture of a man with long hair and a flowing white robe knocking on a door like He desperately needs you to open and let Him in (rolls eyes), actually begging you to let Him in because He’s homeless and needs to sup with you. “Poor Jesus, let Him in, his heart is broken and very few want Him or accept Him” which is in complete contrast to how He is depicted in the book of Revelation – mighty, powerful, the King of kings and the Lord of lords excercising His vengeance on an unbelieving world in times to come.

And that is what happens when unsaved religionists try to understand or make head or tail of the Bible. It’s like putting the Bible in a blender then choosing one verse out of the thousands of verses it contains and applying it to yourself like the Bible is some magic book and God led you to choose that particular verse. But God is a God of order, and there’s a definite order in relation to understanding the Bible, (2 Timothy 2:15) in order to realise God’s will and purpose for your life, for every man’s life, to know what the gospel is which saves your soul, to know how God is dealing with people when and how and particularly today.

In this current dispensation God is pouring out His unmerited favour on mankind in contrast to punishing and judging men for their wrong-doing or sin. Getting sick isn’t punishment, being destitute isn’t being punished, nor is being poor. Dying and not being saved is punishment.

Unsaved people have a tendency to be obsessed with their flesh, with the outerman. They want to heal and adorn their flesh which makes them feel good, and when they feel good about themselves (in the flesh) they automatically feel saved and blessed. No “negativity”. This is the reason why most people do not believe the gospel because firstly it puts them in a negative light, i.e., that they are sinners as opposed to being “good people”, and secondly Christ’s finished work on Calvary’s cross is gory and negative in their eyes.

Compare Pauline Christianity to the various religions of the world. Most, if not all religions make YOU feel good about yourself because they do not judge you to be totally depraved, on the contrary they tend to see “the good in all men” and put the emphasis on this instead. “Good men and women who come to God” instead of “all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”.

The basic error of a works/performance based programme which all religions adhere to and fail to comprehend is this: If they can or are able to save themselves through/by good works then Christ needn’t have been crucified, nor would it have been necessary for him to have risen from the dead.

Religions hand out probation instead of salvation, and that includes mainline, institutionalised denominationalism.

Probation is based on self-reliance which is opposed to God-given salvation, a gift which is to be received and seals the believer.  Christ didn’t die on the cross in order for us to perform, He died in order for us to have peace, knowing we are saved.

Proverbs 14:12

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

In this current dispensation the way which seems right unto Man is religion in every shape and form, including mainline, institutionalised denominationalist Christianity, why?

Because all religioniststs rely on their good works to gain entry into heaven.  They try to follow Christ according to His earthly ministry and their main aim is to eventually be like Him, failing which, they beg for His mercy because they claim not to be perfect…. their doctrine or belief system is totally contradictory : Aim to be perfect – fail – beg for mercy, realise they can never obtain perfection/nirvana = lack of faith in Christ’s finished work on Calvary Cross & His resurrection for their salvation.

The end (result) of holding to this belief is the way of death, why?

For the sole reason that He, the Lord Jesus Christ did it ALL.  He died for your sins.  He was buried.   And He rose again on the third day.  Since He did it all, is there anything one can do to save oneself from God’s wrath, from eternal fire, from eternal suffering?

All means all.  If something is complete, can one still add to it to make it more complete?

Nevertheless, it’s strange how some tie themselves up with works in order to be pleasing to God after they have been saved (which, by the way is debatable).

Romans 12:1 ~ I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

The Apostle Paul refers to it as SERVICE, not salvation, and he describes it as REASONABLE, whereas mainline denominationalism would be unreasonable in stating that if you do not present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, you are either unsaved or have lost your salvation.

What type of God would have His Son die on the cross for our sins, only to make us work or change our way of living in order to be saved?  If we are to work to gain salvation, and continue to work in order to maintain it, why did the Lord Jesus Christ actually die on Calvary’s Cross?  Was it not for our sins?  Wasn’t His finished work on Calvary’s cross a once-off transaction?

Done.  Finished.  Complete.

Some people have a field day about GRACE, but most do not have a cooking clue what it means.   They adorn men, they adorn themselves, they adorn their own words, they adorn their behaviour, they adorn falsities, but they do not adorn the doctrine of the ascended Christ handed to the Apostle Paul.

Titus 2:10 ~ Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

It’s pointless being a nice, kumbayah singing, hand-holding, back patting respecter of persons if you do not adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in ALL THINGS.

ALL THINGS.

Not some things.
