A LETTER (DISPENSATIONALLY DISCERNED) TO THOSE WHO ARE ALIVE DURING THE TIME OF JACOB’S TROUBLE (THE TRIBULATION)

I’m not sure if most people will ever be able to discern the times they are living in (in times to come) because for one, peoples’ love will grow cold, and secondly, they will continue living their lives as if the world (as they know it) will continue unabated forever, marrying, being given in marriage, having children, going about their everyday lives as per the norm…

I can only IMAGINE how things will be during the tribulation, and from my PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE I would say that at the first sign of trouble, e.g., earthquakes, tsunamis, solar eclipses, immense hatred and famine, people will be terrified and fill apostate churches as they do today as most will be totally clueless as to what is happening and why, so most will follow the person who claims to be the Messiah, and who performs miracles along with his spokesperson and representative, namely the False Prophet.

Given, the world as we currently know it is a Godless, evil world where most are biblically illiterate, Christ denying and foolish Atheists and religionists, so one can only imagine how this mindset would multiply, grow and take hold during the time of Jacob’s Trouble.

Today, most want an “experience” or a feeling, they rely on their emotions, they want to feel good which is in direct contrast to heeding the doctrine given to the Apostle Paul pertaining to this current dispensation.  So one can only think what will be taught or instilled into their children and their children’s children and ensuing generations (which will one day live through the time of Jacob’s Trouble).   Not to mention the current degree of anti-semitism in the world which will only worsen in times to come.

What most people fail to realise during this current dispensation is that one has to cut oneself off from fellow believers who propagate rank heresy.  Why?  In order for sound doctrine to survive and so do God’s will to make men see, and one cannot make all men SEE with apostate doctrine. In reality it is those who propagate heresy who are the ones who in reality cause the division.   The same can be said for the ensuing dispensation (time of Jacob’s Trouble), only then will it have dire consequences, which is the fact that one can and will lose one’s salvation if one preaches, follows or believes falsities or heresies.

A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.  Yet many today see this as dividing the body of Christ and/or not exercising or practising Christian love, but what love is there to be had if there is no sound doctrine which reflects love for one’s fellow man by conveying unadulterated truth and getting people saved and edifying them?  The same can be said for every dispensation.  When Israel took on the ways of the heathen and backslid she took on the status of a whore. It is therefore apostate Israel who is the whore in question during the tribulation period.  Not every Jew during the tribulation will be a Messianic Jew (believer), in fact they will turn against one another with a large portion following the Antichrist.  Read the book of Matthew.

During the tribulation period Israel is born-again.  After having divorced her, God remarries her, hence she is aptly called the Bride of Christ.  (Jeremiah 3:8, Isaiah 54:5).

The Apostle Paul tells us that evil men will wax worse and worse  (2 Timothy 3:13), and that men will deceive others and themselves be deceived.  Since this is written to Timothy who was a leader (a Pastor), it means MOST spiritual leaders today are seducers, so if it is like this today, one can only imagine the seducers who will be present during the tribulation, and they are referred to as false Christs (Matthew 24:24).

Although there aren’t any signs, wonders and miracles taking place during this current dispensation, circumstances and events dictate that we are on a downward spiral and preparation is taking place for the time of Jacob’s Trouble.  One only has to look at the current state of the world to confirm this in relation to how drastically the world is changed in just the last 20 – 30 years.  It is almost as if evil is increasing faster these days, which makes me PERSONALLY believe that the Time of Jacob’s Trouble isn’t too far in the distant future.

Unfortunately, in every dispensation men tend to follow or believe every way BUT God’s  way.  It happened in Adam & Eve’s time, it happened in Noah’s time, it happened to Israel, and it is currently happening in this current dispensation.  God gave doctrine to the Apostle Paul for Gentiles (who were never under a Covenant) and to Jews (who rejected the Covenant God made with them) and He made salvation easy for both, yet there is a problem with salvation as most believe they HAVE TO accomplish something in the works department in order to be acceptable to God.

The Holy Ghost Himself will dictate that men’s (biblical) knowledge will increase in times to come, which I see as righteous men who will understand what is taking place and why, and who themselves will follow God’s way, realising that the Kingdom Gospel will be preached throughout the world before the end of the world (as they know it) comes, and that men will either have to bless the true Israel (Messianic Jews) and assist them during these troubled times (Genesis 12:3) as many Gentiles aided/assisted the Jews in times past (Joshua 2), or on the other hand will have to believe that Christ is the Son of God and justify their faith in Him in accordance to works of the law, i.e. prostelyzing.

The doctrine for the time of Jacob’s Trouble is to be found between Hebrews and Revelation, as well as in unfulfilled prophecy of the Old Covenant.

The book of Hebrews opens up with a reminder to the Jews concerning who Jesus is and what He accomplished on Calvary’s cross:  the perfect sacrifice without spot or blemish who they will place their sin on in times to come, their Messiah.  (Hebrews 1-2).

There is also the realisation that most in the world today want a leader who “can make the world a better place, a world where all can live in peace and harmony” a leader who will herald in a New World Order, a golden age which is preparation for a world leader in times to come, the Antichrist.  Men’s minds are already being influenced in order to propagate the same line of thinking to ensuing generations, more so now than ever.

Some state that since the god of this world takes scripture and twists it, he will take Pauline scripture (Paul’s 13 epistles) and influence Man during the tribulation into the “realisation” that Pauline scripture (faith without works) will be applicable during that time (doctrine for the wrong dispensation), just as he is currently blinding men to Pauline scripture and they are believing tribulation doctrine and Old Covenant doctrine for their salvation today.

There could and probably will be a number of current day Gentile churches who will take faith without works doctrine into the tribulation, but the tribulation won’t be about Gentile Christian Churches (so-called), it will be about Israel, and Gentile churches, especially the Roman Catholic church for one will be classed as unbelievers because the times of the Gentiles will be over when the tribulation begins.

Many make the mistake of putting a Gentile apostate church at the forefront of the tribulation as the “whore”, but in reality Gentile (apostate) churches will have nothing to do with Hebrew doctrine and events at this time.  They were never classed in God’s eyes as being right to begin with, so they never went of the spiritual tracks (so to speak), therefore can never be classified as the “whore” Hebrew doctrine mentions.  There WAS never a time God approved of Roman Catholicism, and God never mentions an apostate Gentile church during the dispensation of grace in the Old Covenant nor the New Covenant, and modern day churches aren’t referred to as “she”, i.e., a woman.  The body of Christ (those who are saved) are referred to as the One New MAN – masculine.

The reason for the tribulation is for God to bring Israel back into the fold, for her to once again be the light unto the world through which Gentile (heathen) nations can and will prostelyze in order to be saved, where salvation is no longer directly given to the Gentiles as it is during this current dispensation.   Doctrine in accordance to the revelation of mystery is that God gave individual salvation DIRECTLY to the Gentiles (Acts 28).  During the tribulation this will no longer be the case.

The time of Jacob’s Trouble is when God will fulfill all His covenant promises to Israel, and those Gentiles who believe and bless the Messianic Jews will be saved to live through the Millennium and partake of the blessings.

The best information or advice one can offer those Gentiles living during the tribulation period is to either bless Israel (Messianic Jews) or to prostelyze to Israel’s new covenant doctrine and believe her Kingdom Gospel.  Concerning the Jews during that time, there will be the two witnesses (prophets) whom God will raise up at that time, not to mention the 144 000 who will preach to the Jews at that time.  Matthew talks about Jews of the same household and family turning against one another, the Old Covenant speaks about hunger and famine so great that Jews will turn to cannibalism.  It’s called being refined in the fire as gold – if they give into the needs of their flesh they will be condemned because their works will not justify their faith.

BUT

More importantly during this time we need to be more concerned with preaching Paul’s Grace Gospel to the lost  than be concerned with the salvation of people during a future time when we will no longer exist on this earth and salvation during a future dispensation isn’t our responsibility at all.

We as believers are living during this current time where we can make all men see……. let us not forget that because one day soon we will be judged according to this (a good work) as opposed to being saved and not caring how many OTHERS land up in hell for eternity.

We live in a very selfish world where ME, MYSELF and I hold sway.  It’s about MY happiness, it’s about how good I am…… it’s about what I can do, it’s about how I am drawing closer to God and how I can see exclusive doctrine and others can’t, and how bad everyone else’s behaviour is in comparison to MINE.  I’ve made it, you haven’t.  I’m perfect, in fact, I’m the only perfect person on this planet along with those who think and behave like do.  Their belief system boils down to performance and the renewing of the rotten flesh as opposed to the crucifying of the flesh which amounts to the innerman exercising self-control.

That’s the line of thinking of most:  politically correct, too saccharine to be sincere and putting the emphasis on the outerman to prove the spiritual condition of the innerman – this is what is known as love in the world, hence the difficulty in getting most people saved (by the preaching of the Gospel, which isn’t based on one’s performance).

We live in a world of “go-getters” who DO things in order to climb the corporate ladder, to become rich, to become better people………… so why wouldn’t gaining salvation be any different to them?  “Your words make you who you are”, “Words have power”.  Yes, words do have power in that they can either put you down or build you up, but on the other hand, people cannot insult you without your permission, so in fact it boils down to whether you believe what people tell you, so giving power to their words.

ORDER

It would be so much easier if one’s Bible was divided correctly and in the order God intended: Times past, but now and times to come, instead of the way it’s currently divided, namely into the Old Testament and the New Testament. Makes one wonder if more people would see the fellowship of the mystery if this were the case, realising that Paul’s thirteen epistles aren’t part of Israel’s New Covenant.

Also putting the book of Acts in its proper perspective, namely the transitional book which it rightly is, the bridge or cross-over from law to grace, transitioning from Israel’s prophetic program where the twelve apostles preached the law-based Kingdom Gospel of enduring to the end, to Paul’s grace gospel of faith alone in Christ’s finished work on Calvary’s cross and His resurrection, namely the Dispensation of the Grace of God. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).

Correctly arranging Paul’s thirteen epistles pertaining to the dispensation of Grace and the body of Christ which contain what he aptly calls “my gospel”. Paul’s thirteen epistles too transition from the sign gifts, namely prophesying, tongue talking and healing to God’s grace alone being sufficient for the believer in this current dispensation (1 Corinthians 13).

The transition from his pre-prison epistles where he refers and speaks to/about unbelievers as well as believers, transitioning to his prison and pastoral epistles where he speaks only to believers. His pre-prison epistles emphasise salvation = getting people saved, and his prison and pastoral epistles put the emphasis on the edification of saints.
Then inserting a division to what is correctly known as the actual New Testament given to Israel which is once again based on the Law, beginning with Hebrews and ending with the book of Revelation, depicting seven law-based Jewish synagogues which are refined in the fire like gold, having to endure to the end (works required for justification).

These divisions correctly discern between the three timelines in the Bible, namely, TIMES PAST (Israel’s Old Covenant, including the parts of Genesis referring to Adam & Even and Noah), as well as the current dispensation known as “BUT NOW” (which refers to the Apostle Paul’s thirteen epistles which are doctrine for this current dispensation we are living in – take note how many times Paul says, “but now”), and then TIMES TO COME (which is doctrine to Israel during the tribulation period and millennium which are future).

To most the only division in the Bible is between the Old and New Testament, hence the reason why some believe they need to turn to God and he will heal their land, whilst others fight a spiritual “Joshua” battle, or face their “Goliath” and in so doing tend to spiritualize scripture.

They don’t know whether to turn from their sins, repent and be baptised in water, ask God for mercy, beg for forgiveness, confess their sins, change their lifestyles or believe everything/anything preached from the various pulpits of mainline denominationalist “churches”. Neither are they sure whether to sprinkle, dip, immerse or dunk in a baptismal font, swimming pool or the river Jordan.

Most have never heard of the Judgment Seat of Christ, nor are they aware of the difference between salvation and service. Most aren’t even saved – they think service (doing good works) is what saves their souls.

When someone professes to be gaining a closer or higher level in their walk with God, run for the hills, as one cannot get any closer to God than being saved, period. Claiming to gain a “higher spiritual standing” is petrification rather than edification. Fossil assemblies where they are ignorant of God’s imputed righteousness and try and gain His acceptance through their own righteousness by works of the Law, yet Paul emphasizes the fact that we’re no longer under the law, but under grace.

Anything one does in the flesh to gain rightstanding or justification in the eyes of God takes away from Christ’s finished work on Calvary’s cross and His resurrection for one’s justification. The gospel has now become watered down to “accepting Christ as one’s Lord and Saviour” circumventing what He did for you as a sinner. Christ doesn’t need your acceptance of Him, He wants you to believe His debt payment for your sins in order to be saved for your own good.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock”, and below is a picture of a man with long hair and a flowing white robe knocking on a door like He desperately needs you to open and let Him in (rolls eyes), actually begging you to let Him in because He’s homeless and needs to sup with you. “Poor Jesus, let Him in, his heart is broken and very few want Him or accept Him” which is in complete contrast to how He is depicted in the book of Revelation – mighty, powerful, the King of kings and the Lord of lords excercising His vengeance on an unbelieving world in times to come.

And that is what happens when unsaved religionists try to understand or make head or tail of the Bible. It’s like putting the Bible in a blender then choosing one verse out of the thousands of verses it contains and applying it to yourself like the Bible is some magic book and God led you to choose that particular verse. But God is a God of order, and there’s a definite order in relation to understanding the Bible, (2 Timothy 2:15) in order to realise God’s will and purpose for your life, for every man’s life, to know what the gospel is which saves your soul, to know how God is dealing with people when and how and particularly today.

In this current dispensation God is pouring out His unmerited favour on mankind in contrast to punishing and judging men for their wrong-doing or sin. Getting sick isn’t punishment, being destitute isn’t being punished, nor is being poor. Dying and not being saved is punishment.

Unsaved people have a tendency to be obsessed with their flesh, with the outerman. They want to heal and adorn their flesh which makes them feel good, and when they feel good about themselves (in the flesh) they automatically feel saved and blessed. No “negativity”. This is the reason why most people do not believe the gospel because firstly it puts them in a negative light, i.e., that they are sinners as opposed to being “good people”, and secondly Christ’s finished work on Calvary’s cross is gory and negative in their eyes.

Compare Pauline Christianity to the various religions of the world. Most, if not all religions make YOU feel good about yourself because they do not judge you to be totally depraved, on the contrary they tend to see “the good in all men” and put the emphasis on this instead. “Good men and women who come to God” instead of “all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”.

The basic error of a works/performance based programme which all religions adhere to and fail to comprehend is this: If they can or are able to save themselves through/by good works then Christ needn’t have been crucified, nor would it have been necessary for him to have risen from the dead.

Religions hand out probation instead of salvation, and that includes mainline, institutionalised denominationalism.

Probation is based on self-reliance which is opposed to God-given salvation, a gift which is to be received and seals the believer.  Christ didn’t die on the cross in order for us to perform, He died in order for us to have peace, knowing we are saved.

Proverbs 14:12

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

In this current dispensation the way which seems right unto Man is religion in every shape and form, including mainline, institutionalised denominationalist Christianity, why?

Because all religioniststs rely on their good works to gain entry into heaven.  They try to follow Christ according to His earthly ministry and their main aim is to eventually be like Him, failing which, they beg for His mercy because they claim not to be perfect…. their doctrine or belief system is totally contradictory : Aim to be perfect – fail – beg for mercy, realise they can never obtain perfection/nirvana = lack of faith in Christ’s finished work on Calvary Cross & His resurrection for their salvation.

The end (result) of holding to this belief is the way of death, why?

For the sole reason that He, the Lord Jesus Christ did it ALL.  He died for your sins.  He was buried.   And He rose again on the third day.  Since He did it all, is there anything one can do to save oneself from God’s wrath, from eternal fire, from eternal suffering?

All means all.  If something is complete, can one still add to it to make it more complete?

Nevertheless, it’s strange how some tie themselves up with works in order to be pleasing to God after they have been saved (which, by the way is debatable).

Romans 12:1 ~ I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

The Apostle Paul refers to it as SERVICE, not salvation, and he describes it as REASONABLE, whereas mainline denominationalism would be unreasonable in stating that if you do not present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, you are either unsaved or have lost your salvation.

What type of God would have His Son die on the cross for our sins, only to make us work or change our way of living in order to be saved?  If we are to work to gain salvation, and continue to work in order to maintain it, why did the Lord Jesus Christ actually die on Calvary’s Cross?  Was it not for our sins?  Wasn’t His finished work on Calvary’s cross a once-off transaction?

Done.  Finished.  Complete.

Some people have a field day about GRACE, but most do not have a cooking clue what it means.   They adorn men, they adorn themselves, they adorn their own words, they adorn their behaviour, they adorn falsities, but they do not adorn the doctrine of the ascended Christ handed to the Apostle Paul.

Titus 2:10 ~ Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

It’s pointless being a nice, kumbayah singing, hand-holding, back patting respecter of persons if you do not adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in ALL THINGS.

ALL THINGS.

Not some things.

THE WORLD IS CURRENTLY OPERATING IN A STATE OF CHAOS

2 Timothy 3:13 ~ But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

Evil men are unsaved men and women, who have corrupt minds and are reprobates, which would include Politicians, Religionists of all varieties, Educators, Governments, Media, Social Networking  – you name it, they are in the majority on this planet.  Their aim is to influence minds, the end result being change, a mindset that is totally devoid of Christian principles, human decency and integrity, a world where Atheism and Religion will rule.

Religion worships Man, namely what he can do to save himself; religion boasts of its own good works, and it boasts it can please God with these same good works, namely donating to charity, praying for the sick, resurrecting the dead, making people rich (being blessed), bringing in the Millennial Kingdom on God’s behalf, “saving souls”, living a good life, and self-proclaimed prophets warning others by way of “prophesies”, just as God did in times past with Israel.

We live in a world where Religionists in their thousands, if not millions have a form of godliness but deny the saving power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ – Islam, Christian denominations, Hindus, New Age teachings, Judaism, Buddhism, Mormonism – you name them, they hold to a form of godliness, and deny that faith alone in Christ’s work on Calvary’s Cross and His resurrection alone can save men’s souls.

Please note I did not say “false religion”, I said “religion” because all religions are false as they are unable to save men’s souls.  They are man-made.  All roads do not lead to God, and all roads do not save men’s souls, neither does believing in Christ/God save one’s soul.  And for that matter, all roads do not lead to Rome.

Satan twists everything created by God :  The earth, the heavens, God-given doctrine (teachings) and God’s words.

Seducers : There are the New Agers who are currently professing that the current world we’re living in is undergoing a change and some people cannot accept it, it is otherwise known as a paradigm shift.  Some see it as a fight between good and evil, but good, law-abiding unsaved Man cannot win the battle between good and evil, hence I believe it to rather be a fight for the souls of Men.

When someone seduces another, do they do it in a harsh manner?  The art of seduction plays on one’s feelings and emotions, it makes one feel good.  It’s believable because it is wrapped in what seems to be righteousness and goodness and professes to have others best interests at heart.

Satan knows what the end result will be, he can read, but his aim is to cause as much chaos as he can, and to send as many souls to hell before he is thrown into the bottomless pit at the end of the Tribulation.

Self-control : In the past, unsaved Man held to Biblical principles (Judo-Christian)  which controlled his sin nature to a vast degree.   I say control, I don’t say that adherence to same saved him or justified him in the eyes of God.  These same principles represented western civilisation, which was mostly controlled by so-called Christian denominationalism, these principles in a nutshell are love and respect for one’s neighbour, an eye for an eye, personal safety, freedom to practice one’s religion in in peace and without fear, not to mention rule of law.  Law and order.  Respect.  Integrity.

But modern 21st century man due to the education he has received, not to mention the influence of the media, religionists, rock stars, et al has left Judo-Christian principles behind and now considers them to be fairytales, passe – old fashioned,  and puts them in the same category as making one’s own soap, ox wagons, candlelight and frying with lard.

Each generation is more liberal than the previous one.  Whereas in the past tattoos were only done by the lower classes, today it is considered to be art and is acceptable to most, yet I still look leery eyed on tattoos, it makes me think of David Beckham at the age of 70 or 80, or most 20 or 30 something year olds in 20 years time……… which validates my point :  Money cannot buy class, nor can it buy intelligence nor can it buy integrity.

Personally, tattoos are a reflection of Man’s inability on the whole to be forward thinking.  He only sees now.  Now is what matters to him the most.  Overall, I see it as a sign of having no hope. I cross paths lately with too many people whose mantra is, “Live life to the utmost, do it and enjoy because we only live once”.    Ecclesiastes anyone?

Even the way people dress today.  Has it ever stood out to you how sloppy people have become in their dress code(s)?  Anything goes today.   Does your hair look like a bird’s nest? No problem.   Do you flaunt your flesh to attract a member of the opposite sex? My personal view on this is :  If a man cannot and does not accept you for who and what you are, he’s not worth the time, effort or tears and he does not deserve you, I think the world calls it, “he’s not into you”.  If a man loves you and wants you, he’ll move heaven and earth to be with you, he won’t have a myriad of excuses, like “Inshallah” – God willing, because God really has nothing to do with it.

Generally, men have no respect for women today, but on the other hand, is it any wonder? Women generally behave and dress like men and they nag, they are lazy, they smoke and have tattoos and drink, cuss like sailors, and they rule over the household, but on the other hand you get men who were raised as spoilt mamma’s boys and do not respect any woman out there because “no-one can come close to mamma”, these men want servants, not wives.  Trophy wives : Make me look good to my partners, colleagues, friends and family, but don’t question me, and when we get home I’ll put you back on the pedestal, and all the men are going, “Jack, you old dog”, and the women, “You two make such a beautiful pair” – like they’re looking at birds or giraffes at the zoo.  Who else finds most people out there incredibly shallow?

Has it not become legal for women to walk around the streets of New York, topless?  Don’t you just love the mindset or politically correct mentality that went into that one.  It’s called equal rights, if men are allowed to walk the streets topless, so can women.  Then we have the public toilet issue :  toilets for all irrespective whether they are male, female or confused.  This is unsaved Man trying to deny his sin nature, if one thinks about it:  “All people are good, therefore no-one will accost anyone else in the mixed gender public loo”.  Evil men giving other evil men the benefit of the doubt.  Today, it’s all about human rights.  It has everything to do with human rights – humanism.

Titus 2:11-12 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world.

As a saved person, you should not behave like them, nor should you talk like them, nor dress like them, nor think like them, nor believe as they do.  Lost people do not deny ungodliness or worldly lusts, instead they relish ungodliness and wordly lusts and do not live soberly, righteously and godly.  The culture today is one of drugs, alcohol, partying, and generally having a good time, no thought about tomorrow, nor  about eternity, but rather denying that eternity exists because they believe God doesn’t exist, and if He does, they are of the opinion He is unfair, unjust and that one needs to work for one’s salvation.

Today’s world has a mainly liberal mindset and mentality.  Their intentions are good : All should be able to live in peace and harmony, but to achieve this they set aside the rule of law, godly principles and God Himself, and prefer to do it their way.  The truth of the matter is, people aren’t born inherently good, so one cannot expect them not to abuse the social, political or financial freedom they are given by liberal governments.

Yet, in this dispensation of God’s grace we are living in, God will not rain down His judgment upon them for being evil/sinners as he wants them to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of truth : 1 Timothy 2:4.  While they are alive, there is still hope that they might be saved, hence the reason the Apostle Paul tells us to pray for all men.

God’s plan and purpose for all men is for them to be saved, and come unto the knowledge of truth.

I have to keep on reminding myself daily that I do not wrestle against flesh and blood because Satan uses people, even saved ones to do his bidding, to come against you, to cause strife, to deny scripture, to wrest scripture, to twist God’s words, to deny the saving power of 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 concerning men’s souls.

I find it utterly amazing how some people who do not even know you, take an instant dislike to you for no apparent reason.  I have had that happen to me on more than one occasion and it has left me totally speechless, and more often than not it comes from the saved Quarters, yet even that it shouldn’t surprise me.

Ephesians 6:12 ~ For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

At times I am overwhelmed at the total wickedness of this present evil world, especially when I compare the world I grew up in to the current state of affairs, but I remind myself that I should not fear anything, not even death because of who I am in Christ Jesus.

The Evil One’s agenda today  is to (1) Keep the truth hidden from as many people as possible concerning salvation and coming unto the knowledge of truth, and (2) to make it as difficult as possible for saved people to keep the faith; to run the race.

He either wants you (to remain) blind or he wants you to give up.

ABOUT ME AND WHAT I BELIEVE : BECAUSE ETERNITY MATTERS

I am a Mid-Acts Pauline Right Division Dispensationalist.

What does it mean to be a Mid-Acts (Acts 9) Pauline Right Division Dispensationalist?

It means the Bible is progressive revelation. God, although His character and principles remain the same throughout the ages, works differently with people during different dispensations.

DISPENSATION is a Biblical word – Ephesians 3. The Apostle Paul was exclusively given the Dispensation of Grace by the ASCENDED Christ of which He was made the Chief Steward of, to dispense the relevant information on how men could now be saved.

God did not deal the same way with Adam & Eve or Noah as He dealt with the Jews. Adam & Eve were instructed not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil but they failed.

Noah was instructed to build a ship and he obeyed God, the end result being that he and his wife and intermediate family were saved from destruction and went on to populate the earth through his 3 sons, Shem, Ham & Japheth.

Today we are instructed to believe the Gospel and to rightly divide the word of truth – 1 Timothy 2:4; 2; 2 Timothy 2:15.

God called Abram out of Ur of the Chaldees and instructed him to leave his land of birth, and his family, although his nephew Lot and his father accompanied him, and that He (God) would make his (Abraham’s) descendants a great country, a light unto the world and He would bless them. They were made a peculiar people with their own set of laws and commandments.

Abram changed his name to Abraham. He believed God through faith alone and was saved – Genesis 15 and Romans 4. Only afterwards was Abraham circumsized – Genesis 17 and “marked” as sanctified – set apart from the heathen nations and God made a covenant with Him.

PLEASE NOTE : God made a covenant with Abraham, Abraham did not make a covenant with God.

Abraham’s descendants were known as Hebrews because Abram belonged to the Hebrew tribe when he lived in Ur, he was a descendant of Shem, and thus a Semite. Semitic.

The Hebrews were set-apart (sanctified) from the heathens by way of being given a set of commandments and laws – namely, the Levitical Law, and the Priests who oversaw and implemented these laws were from the tribe of Levi, hence the name “Levitical law”.

The Levitical Law of which the Mosaic Law (given to Moses on two tablets of stone) is a part of, is made up of 613 commandments in total, and what did Christ tell the Jews during His earthly ministry to Israel? He said, if you break one of these commandments, you’ve broken them all – all 613. James 2:10; Matthew 5:19.

Matthew, Mark, Luke & John, the four synoptic gospels depict Christ’s earthly ministry which was solely to Israel : Matthew 10:5; Matthew 15:24.

Why did Jesus say what He said in Matthew 15:24 and Matthew 10:5? Because in times past, Israel was the light unto the world, Gentiles could only be saved through protelyzing to her faith, namely Judaism. This is also the very reason why Jesus said this in Matthew 15:26: “But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs.”

Only when the Gentile woman in question blessed Israel was she accepted.

Gentiles had to prostelyze or bless Israel in times past in order to be saved. This is not the case today, and nor do we have any claim to Israel’s promises. God chose A land – singular, not many lands, and the land in question in the Bible refers to the Kingdom of Israel which is still future. Her tribulation doctrine lies between Hebrews and Revelation. Her perfect sacrifice is the Lamb of God without spot or blemish, not a bull or a goat or a lamb or a dove as in times past. God will again, in a future time, bring her back into the fold and she will inherit her kingdom on earth.

But Israel had a propensity to always follow the ways of the heathen Gentiles and fell into apostasy, they even crucified their Messiah which was the final rejection of worshipping God and following His ways. Read Acts 28. Hence the reason God sent her prophets – to warn her of her apostasy. Today she isn’t a chosen people, she is saved the same way we are : through faith alone in Christ’s finished work on Calvary’s cross, His burial and His resurrection from the dead on the 3rd day.

Today God is dealing with individual salvation, not nations as in times past. If an individual Jew believes the gospel – he is saved.

Hence the reason why God raised up another Apostle, the Apostle Paul and gave him a different set of “rules” with a different gospel to to that of Israel’s Kingdom gospel, since God had now declared Israel lo-ammi – not His people (Hosea 2), he created an alternative way for the world to receive salvation as He couldn’t give Israel’s Kingdom promises to Gentiles as most of those promises for Israel have not yet been fulfilled, and God doesn’t break His promises as His character and principles never change.

Proof:

Compare Romans 4 to James 2.
Paul says today in the Dispensation of God’s grace we ARE saved (as opposed to will be saved)  by grace through faith without works – Ephesians 2:8-9. What is the object of our faith? The gospel which is noted in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.

How do we know there is more than one gospel (good news) in the Bible? Because we aren’t saved in the same way as Noah was, nor are we saved the same way the Jews were – Galatians 2:7-9. The Gospel of the circumcision was given solely to Israel in order that Gentiles may prostelyze to her faith (times past), and the Gospel of the uncircumcision is given to Gentiles today in order to be saved.

There will however come a time when this dispensation will cease, and God will once again start dealing with Israel and the Kingdom Gospel will come into effect along with their law program.

2 Timothy tells us to rightly divide the word of truth – but what is the word of truth? Ephesians 1:13 tells us what it is. So why does God tell/instruct us to rightly divide the gospel of our salvation? Because there is more than one and we need to believe the right one, the which is in effect during the time we are living.

The Apostle Paul says we are no longer under the law, but under grace. Romans 6:14.

What was the spiritual status of Gentiles under Israel’s Covenant, law-based program? :

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

1) Aliens from the commonwealth of Israel.
2) Strangers from the covenants of promise.

Gentiles in times past had no claim to Israel’s covenants of promise or the commonwealth of Israel – unless they prostelyzed to Judaism.

And yet there are people today who claim all of Israel’s promises and make covenants with Almighty God.

Grace means God’s unmerited favour upon mankind – unmerited means it’s undeserving.  How is His unmerited favour expressed?  In the gospel of 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.  It’s the object of my faith.  All we need to believe in order to be saved and heaven bound is to believe how that Christ died for our sins, that he was buried and rose again for our justification. Romans 4:25.

Since His grace is unmerited or undeserving – we cannot work for our salvation; we cannot work ourselves into heaven. All we can and must  do is believe His payment for our sins on Calvary’s cross and His resurrection.

Justification means being declared holy or righteous in the eyes of God. It’s what He did, not what we can do or have done.

Once we have believed the gospel we receive God’s imputed righteousness – Philippians 3:9; Galatians 2:16

Once you belief what Christ did for you and you rightly divide the Word of Truth – you will finally understand God’s plan and purpose for your life, and you will also understand the Bible. It will all make sense to you.

Thank you for reading my blog.  My prayer is for you to be saved and come unto the knowledge of truth – 1 Timothy 2:4.  Because eternity matters.

Currently I am…

upsetting an entire plethora of “chosen” people who quote  the non-adherence or unbelief in Malachi 2 and 2 Chronicles 7:14 for reasons of disunity and cowardice amongst the “chosen”.

It’s going to get really interesting?  But I know what to expect……..

They are currently calling on the Lord in vain.

It’s amazing how many in this country think they are the chosen people and that they can make covenants with God.  The think sitting back and being persecuted or being the “chosen people” will incite God to act on their behalf and save them from their present circumstances.
